I am Sean Flaherty, owner & manager of SPF Properties LLC, a college rental company serving the off-campus needs of students in the Scranton area.   For the past seven years, I have worked with hundreds of students to provide them with a safe & enjoyable off-campus experience.

We have a team of professionals that serve any specific needs from plumbing, heating, electrical to landscaping and handy work.  It is our priority to make sure students have their landlord at their disposal and respond in a timely fashion.  We are working to expand so we will be able to serve more students in the near future!
